Feeling grateful through yoga ..

It is often all too easy to forget what we should be grateful for. Appreciating the small things helps us to live in the moment and not get too worried about what is still yet to come. Today , I am #grateful for
cold days , warm hugs and hot chocolate. Next term, our older students will be starting their YogaPebbles thought journals to help bring a little bit of mindfulness to our days. Hope you are all warm and snuggly today. 🕉😊💜🙏
